E-Zone HRM is currently seeking candidates to work as “Relationship Executive” for a renowned Private Commercial Bank under E-Zone contract.

Employment Type: Field Job (Required Frequent Travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather leads from the internal database, references and external market to build a database of potential customers; conduct field visits to meet potential customers.

• Manage relationships with existing customers as well as establish relationships with new customers; cross-sell products wherever possible.

• Achieve the agreed individual `sales targets (assets, deposits, collections) while ensuring compliance with the Bank`s policies and procedures.

• Plan and organize sales with the help of Line Managers and other stakeholders to achieve his/ her individual sales targets.

• Work with the customers directly by way of telephonic interactions and in-person visits to ensure that repayments come in as per schedule; ensure overdue minimum and escalate major deviations to the management.

• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and deal with customer queries effectively; aspire to achieve zero complaint rate.

• Maintain strict control of confidential documents to prevent loss or misuse.

• Be aware of competitor`s products and services; position the Bank`s key differentiators and value proposition accordingly to potential customers.

Compensation Package:

• BDT. 24,000 + Commission
