Job Context:
∎ Under the general supervision of Nutrition Site Supervisor, the Registrar Assistant will be responsible for collecting and entering selected beneficiary data into registers and documents.
∎ Duty Station: Kutupalong Refugee Camp- Camp 3
∎ Report To: Nutrition Site Supervisor
∎ Expected Start Date: 1st April 2022
∎ Contract length: Up to 31st December, 2022 (With possibility of Extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the guidance of the Nutrition Site Supervisor, the Registrar Assistant will be responsible for-
∎ Collect data as required from programme beneficiaries and enter data into registers.
∎ To admit the patients respecting the admission criteria. When admission is borderline, to refer to the medical responsible in duty for taking a decision.
∎ To properly register the patient in the register-attendance book (n°, name, address, date etc.).
∎ To inform the caretakers about the functioning of the center and remind them on the revisit date.
∎ Fill the daily statistic and share the summary to the supervisor (number of admissions) monitoring.
∎ To record on the attendance-register book the daily attendance, the exits (cured, defaulter, death or transfer).
∎ To work closely with the outreach team: to inform them about the name and address of the defaulter, to check if after tracing the defaulters are coming back.
∎ To weekly fill and transmit to the supervisor the admissions and exits forms.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Ability to communicate with the Rohingya population.
∎ Demonstrated ability to live and work in a multi-cultural environment.
∎ Computer skills.
Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh
