Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve all the targets (volume, value, distribution, visibility etc.) for respective region
∎ Must Create & Maintain an Enriched Dealer Channel
∎ Develop sales strategies to gain market share and achieve top and bottom line targets for assigned territory.
∎ Setting revenue target for team members and dealer of the assigned region
∎ Review the targets on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and implementing effective ways to improve sales
∎ Negotiate and close agreements with large corporate/institutional customers
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for specific regions
∎ Train & develop team members to be capable to run the business in assigned territory independently
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for assigned region/geography
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
∎ Negotiate and contract sales volume, Payment terms, Sales policies with dealers to ensure best performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Currently directly engaged with Dealers in Market of the same industry
∎ Background and experience in consumer Electronics are must
∎ Creative, Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and result oriented
∎ Strong leadership & teamwork skills
∎ Minimum 12 years of Experience in same/ Similar role
Salary:
