Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create sales opportunity and identify the target customers for various types of personal care/baby care products
∎ Visit and monitor new and existing dealer in respective regions on regular basis
∎ Analyze market to identify gap and potential areas and plan new activities
∎ Define and structure the markets in the region to have proper central command to penetrate with the new brand
∎ Set up distributions to drive business in a respective area markets and establish leadership position in the market
∎ Develop strategies to penetrate different channels to reach company's higher volume and value in market
∎ Monitor and guide the team to develop sales and distribution channels to increase market share for the region
∎ Assist sales representative in negotiation and closing deals
∎ Prepare bottom up sales forecast from territory and ensure maintenance of deviation within the agreed level
∎ Follow up competitor's activity and industry trend
∎ Generate regular report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with 08-10 years of experience in FMCG Sales Function with at least 2 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager
∎ Good interpersonal skill with good command on Office software
