Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brand(s) based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
∎ Visit key sales territories, plan promotion plans (BTL), and discuss volume estimates.
∎ Feed this information to the planning Department to mobilize production and logistics.
∎ Feed the promotion plans to the creative agency and develop appropriate copy for the Brand (POSMs, ATL)
∎ Work closely with media agency for media planning and activation (ATL).
∎ Analyze and feed all constituents regular brand updates from internal secondary sales data, ACNielsen Tertiary Data and latest market trends.
∎ Conduct consumer research to gain insights for product, communication building.
∎ Innovation through developing new concepts/ products and launching in market.
∎ Stakeholder Management to push through short and long term brand plans
∎ Monitoring and analyzing business performance vis-?-vis business goals (awareness, market share, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and the competition.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience with mid-sized/ larger FMCG companies
∎ Candidate should be a go-getter, ready to work with minimum resources and deliver results.
Salary: Negotiable
