Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a regional/territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Continuously analyze sales performance and take corrective actions.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
∎ Lead and manage regional sales staff (ASM/TSM) to ensure optimal productivity.
∎ Set clear performance benchmarks and monitor daily achievements.
∎ Train, coach, and mentor the team for skill development and efficiency.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors.
∎ Enhance distributor efficiency and maximize ROI.
∎ Evaluate potential new distributors and recommend appointments.
∎ Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
∎ Develop strategic trade marketing initiatives for product visibility.
∎ Collaborate with distributors to reduce market returns and optimize logistics.
∎ Monitor stock lifting schedules and communicate updates to the Head Office.
∎ Ensure proper product arrangement at distributor locations.
∎ Proactively collect and analyze market intelligence for strategic decisions.
