• Generate and convert leads for CRM software and website development services

• Pitch and sell CRM solutions based on client requirements

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → meeting → closing → follow-up

• Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services and graphic design solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth

• Handle CRM clients, ensuring proper onboarding and support

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with marketing & technical teams for smooth delivery
