Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve regional sales target & operational objectives by planning, monitoring, teaching and motivating individual shops and its employees.
∎ Take responsibility for the success-failure of Brand shops in assigned area, guide the shops on product display, indoor-outdoor branding, selling techniques, product knowledge etc.
∎ Identify, analyze and solve the problems of the assigned area and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
∎ Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere in the area which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
∎ Search for new showrooms in potential locations in the assigned area.
∎ Develop existing sales strategy & plans and forecasts to achieve business objective.
∎ Identify business opportunities to sell products.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and sound in analysis and planning; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Guides preparation of sales activity reports and presents to senior management. Recommend guideline throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (specially MS EXCEL & Power point Presentation).
∎ Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result oriented .
∎ Good team worker.
