Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for each team member.
∎ Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for the sales team.
∎ Continually monitor and track regional sales performance.
∎ Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management.
∎ Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships.
∎ Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
∎ Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
∎ Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
∎ Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
∎ Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
