Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region
∎ Supervise and support field sales teams, including Sales Officers and Area Managers
∎ Expand distribution channels and ensure regional market growth
∎ Ensure timely collection of dues from the market
∎ Monitor daily operations, sales reporting, and market activities
∎ Execute promotional campaigns and maintain strong brand visibility
∎ Maintain strong dealer/retailer relationships and resolve trade issues
∎ Report regularly to the Head Office with insights and updates
∎ Uphold brand image and ensure compliance with company policies
