∎ Masters/ MBA in major marketing from any reputed university.
∎ Candidate from Public University will get Preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make effective sales plan and ensure the sales target, continuous sales growth at a minimum cost, in the respective region.
∎ Direct, assist and supervise the sales personnel for maintaining and improving the company's competitive position.
∎ Evaluate the sales opportunities in the region and act accordingly to avail the best output from it.
∎ Controlling the sale team in line with the set KPIs.
∎ Analyze the plan, program and policy generated in the Head Office and interpret it to the team members for proper implementation.
∎ To provide Excellent Leadership, take enormous initiative and build up efficient sales team.
∎ Contribute to the DGM (Sales) for preparing effective sales plan and strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years' experience, 01 year in the similar position from a well reputed FMCG company is must.
∎ Computer literacy specially in MS-Office.
∎ A Valid Driving License & Ability to drive motorcycle is preferable.
