Responsibilities & Context:
Integrated Crop Solution Bangladesh (ICS), established in 2008, is a leading company engaged in the design, research, development, and marketing of high-quality agricultural inputs including pesticides, fertilizers, inbred & hybrid rice, vegetable seeds, and animal health products. We are now expanding our operations into Animal Health Medicines (Poultry, Cattle, and Aquaculture) for both retail and institutional markets. We are involved in both manufacturing and import facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the company's marketing and sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets by guiding and supervising Area Sales Managers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Effectively translate and implement the company's business strategies within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
- Oversee credit realization and ensure timely monitoring of outstanding payments.
Job Location: Anywhere in North Bengal
