Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree, Preferable in marketing, business, or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 13 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales Target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
∎ Ensuring of Searching & Appointing new DEPOs & Dealers for gap market.
∎ Attending to the distribution point according to tour plan in time.
∎ Confirmation the timely attendance of all AM & TM.
∎ Confirm timely product delivery to distributor point.
∎ Organize monthly meeting, give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individual's target.
∎ Critically observe the competitor activities & report to the superior.
∎ Monitor and Evaluate daily target and achievement.
∎ Update daily sales and SMS to Sales Dept.
∎ Confirm point wise Sales & Stock to server.
∎ Extend assistance to brand and event management work.
∎ Achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ Any other job as assigned by Management from time to time.

∎ Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.

∎ Ability to work well under pressure.

Salary:
∎ 42000-50000 (BDT)
