Job Context

Looking for an experienced RSM who has a proven track record in the promotion & sales of Veterinary Medicines in any Pharmaceuticals Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Coach, teach, and train sales associates during training events. Assists field managers in the ongoing development of their representatives by providing written and verbal feedback.

• Achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection targets of the Company.

• Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned areas.

• Update always on competitor’s activities & send the information to the Marketing Department for effective strategic planning.

• Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.

• Arrange small-scale meetings like farmers’ PC meetings, and get together with potential chemists, customers and farmers.

• Improve continuously the performance of the products and services by taking relevant, corrective, and preventive actions.

• Prepare report as required by the management.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Other regular duties & responsibilities.
