Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for region wise projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
- Attending to the distribution point according to tour plan in time
- Confirmation the timely attendance of all ASM & SO
- Confirm timely product delivery to distributor/Depot point
- Organize monthly meeting, give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individual's target
- Motivating all ASM & SO for achieving target
- Critically observe the competitor activities & report to the superior
- Monitor and Evaluate daily target and achievement of assigned region
- Update daily sales and SMS to Sales Department
- Monitor promotional program
- Searching of new distributor/Depot for gap market
- Communicate factory for smooth products distribution
- Any other job as assigned by management from time to time
