Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year etc.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales volume of company's different brand products.
∎ Provides target VS sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
∎ Analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes.
∎ Provide timely the activities of market conditions, customers & competitors and offer corrective measures to the Sales Manager
∎ Will require frequently travel in different areas of Bangladesh.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team.
∎ Any other task assigned by Sales Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age not more than 40 years
∎ • At least 10 years in Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ • Computer literacy is Mandatory
∎ • Good communication skills both in English and Bangla
∎ • Sales, Marketing in Pharmaceutical Products
∎ • Willing to travel extensively
∎ • Motor cycle driving with valid license from BRTA will be preferable.
