∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Poultry Sector.
∎ Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements in the poultry Business.
∎ Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and achieve targets and meet team goals.
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with Department Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.
∎ Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors of Poultry Feed and Chicks.
∎ Monitor activities and motivate Team Members to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors' warehouses and farms, on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
