Experience:

• 6 to 10 years

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry / DVM from any recognized Agricultural University.

• BA/MA in any Discipline (Apply only for experienced person in related Field)

• 6 to 10 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup

• Must have sound/good knowledge of poultry breeding, vaccination, farm equipment, and hatchery coordination.

• Strong leadership, reporting, and team supervision skills.

• Willingness to stay and work at farm location (accommodation provided).

• Well Conversant with MS Office & Internet Use

• Good Communication Skill

Job Location: Soling Bazar, Garobazar, Ghatail, Tangail.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the Commercial/Breeder Birds Regularly for Weight Profiles, Uniformity, Feed Consumption, Mortality etc. and Verify these Parameters against Standards Direction by the Head of Technical.

• Monitoring that the Quality of Commercial Eggs/Hatching Eggs Supplied to the Buyer/Hatchery are Healthy (regular checking on standard body weight, uniformity, etc.) Vital and of the Required Fertility Direction by the Head of Technical.

• Monitoring Commercial Layer/Breeder Farms Regularly to Check on the Level of Adherence to Set Standard Operating Procedures Direction by the Head of Technical.

• Monitor flock health, feed intake, lighting, ventilation, and vaccination schedules.

• Maintain strict biosecurity and farm hygiene standards.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, feed, medicine, and other farm resources.

• Lead, train, and monitor farm staff to ensure high performance and discipline.

• Maintain accurate farm records and generate reports regularly.

• Coordinate with veterinary and hatchery teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitoring Unit Store, Unit Security, Cleaning Procedure, All Farms Work Which Direction by Management.
