Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibility:
Achieving the sales target given by the management in a particular area.
Building strong network in the segment with farmers
Frequently visit farmers and ensure proper coverage.
Collective regular market feedback and informing management update.
Searching & expansion a new market.
Search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer and rich customers connection of assigned area
Analysis competitor`s activities and take necessary strategies accordingly in line with company policies.
Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
