Context
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Tools & Maintenance Division is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the regional sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets. The role involves strategic planning, channel management, dealer development, B2B client acquisition, and ensuring effective market penetration for all Tools & Maintenance products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement North Division sales plans based on Bogura/Mymensingh alignment with company objectives.
Complete a minimum of 15 days of field visits per month within the assigned region.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure achievement.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive strategies.
Supervise, guide, and motivate SR, TSO, TSM, Sales Executives, and ASM within the North Division.
Conduct regular coaching, sales training, and performance evaluations.
Build a high-performing, result-oriented, and customer-focused sales team.
Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in strategic locations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to increase sales volume.
Monitor dealer inventory, credit exposure, sales orders, and product availability.
Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, contractors, project customers, and corporate buyers.
Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and after-sales assistance to B2B clients.
Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and agreements within company policies.
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance of the region.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and provide insights to management.
Prepare and submit sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and sales SOPs.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Accounts, and Marketing teams for seamless operations.
Support product launches, promotional activities, and trade marketing campaigns.
Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
