∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of target Sales volume, revenue and gross margin.
∎ Lead the execution on the sales growth, customer base and improving the organizational competitiveness to win at the market place.
∎ Develop the business development plan for the assigned region in alignment with the market growth.
∎ Development of distribution channel and corporate customer base.
∎ Identify and develop business scopes to meet profitable mid and long term growth plans.
∎ Find market opportunities that will lead to growth and fit with our market strategies.
∎ Analyze market trends, plan sales volume and revenue & implement marketing communication activities.
∎ Develop market intelligence to gauge the company’s position in the market share, price and brand strength.
∎ Prepare different reports showing the company’s sales, market share, competition and market presence.
∎ Develop the sales force and maintain a set retention standard.
∎ Interface with other functional departments at plant level.
∎ Understand the needs of customers and end-users and translate insights into compelling, differentiated solutions and strategies that will maintain long term leadership in the marketplace for our HCBL.
∎ Develop high quality customer relationships, positioning the company as a reliable long term partner for strategic account customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Ability to work in matrix organization.
∎ Demonstrate values & ethics with uncompromising integrity.
∎ Demonstrated sales & marketing management success, ability to drive to line growth.
∎ Proficiency in English-both verbal and written.
∎ Results driven, action oriented, self motivated plus the ability to develop and drive strategy.
∎ Ability to think out of the box to set new innovative strategies.
∎ Specific Knowledge in Manpower Handling, Hands On, Hard Seller, Organized, Negotiator and Motivator.
∎ Business Understanding in Financial and General business environment.
