Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trend, consumer behavior and annual business plan for the demarcated segment as well as individual sales personnel.
∎ Administer field sales force (ASM/ TSM/TSO) of assigned sales division in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.
∎ Monitor and track the activities of competitors along with their offerings, and communicate necessary information to the concerned end to initiate necessary action to contain competition.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Demand Forecasting and Target setting with taking initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Ensure product visibility in all possible stores in all segments of the market as well as expand the market size and share.
∎ Merchandising, conducting trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans.
∎ Identify market opportunities analyzing consumer requirements, market size, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecast projected business, establish targeted market share.
∎ Visit frequently to Distribution point and solve problems on trade queries.
∎ Improve product packaging coordinating product development team.
∎ Provide information to top management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Achieve organization's goal fulfilling the sales target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent analytical skills
∎ Communication & problem solving skills
∎ Very Good in Computer literacy, Microsoft Excel, PPT and Reporting and Business communication
∎ Language requirements are regionally specific
∎ Flexible to travel
Salary: Negotiable
