Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify marketing opportunities through identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
∎ Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
∎ Achieving monthly sales target
∎ Survey market, seek out new opportunities, provide necessary feedback and help to determine appropriate measures to gain competitive advantage with the prospective clients
∎ Promote company goodwill and business through appropriate sales activities
∎ Visit key customer and construction site in regular basis and maintain good relation
∎ Follow up all existing clients & discover new market aiming to business expansion, identify and acquire new prospective customers
∎ Order collection, processing, & monitoring Credit recovery
∎ Prepare & present analytical, narrative & status report directly to the departmental supervisor on regular basis
∎ Implement the sales strategy & take the challenge to attain long term business goals of the organization

∎ Must have experience in the relevant field.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
