Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Implement and align marketing activities and initiatives with marketing strategy
∎ Retail development through Design fixtures, Glow signage and in Shop Branding
∎ Work closely with country's leading creative, event, activation, media buying, PR, digital, market research and outdoor agencies in pursuit of ensuring quality execution within timeline
∎ Marketing giveaways by sourcing, designing and purchasing as per requirements
∎ Market intelligence by keeping abreast customer demand and competitor's activities
∎ Conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns using the right mix of ATL & BTL activities
∎ Maintain agreement with merchants to ensure campaign effectiveness
∎ Communicate with multiple agencies to manage brand marketing campaign
∎ Ensure promotional activities via POP, POSM, EDM, SMS and bill inserts
∎ Summarize Retail Activation Report for evaluate the performance of activation
∎ Develop brand budget in alignment with the strategic plan and execute as per agreed terms
∎ Coordinate the development of communication materials such as catalogue and brochure
∎ Assist in promotional initiatives to increase consumption within budget
∎ Develop plan for outdoor advertisement and promotional campaigns
∎ Coordinate with cross functional team for alignment of communications
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
∎ Vendor management skills
∎ Good Analytical skills
∎ Good understanding of documentation
∎ The ability to handle campaign in a high work pressure situation
∎ Effective communication skills. Well versed with both Bangla and English language both written and spoken
