∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is responsible for planning and implementing Sales & marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. The range of work for the Regional Manager/ Dy. Manager- Sales & Marketing is not limited to but will be primarily focused as per below:
∎ Develops and implements strategic sales & marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate & non corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Develops and manages marketing operating budgets in conjunction with the VP-Sales.
∎ Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Monitors competitor products/service standards and marketing activities.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
∎ Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
∎ Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both in volume and value, responsible for overall sales planning, promoting and sales activities of the Business.
∎ Handle a massive sales team, and direct sales team to achieve both individual and company goal.
∎ Explore market intelligence report to sustain Business and Strategic planning.
∎ Develop ideas and procedures to improve business and gather the company objectives through success.
∎ Brilliant leadership aptitude, inventiveness, initiatives potentiality, and rising up resourceful Sales Team who competent to manage both corporate and individual customer with full satisfaction.
∎ Realize potential Business arena and follow the manifestation for upward.
∎ Swelling strong bond between customer and delivery system with complete customer happiness.
∎ Sketch manufactures schedule and prerequisite of materials to ensure undisruptive production through connection with supply chain, sales team and production department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Require Minimum 5 years of experience in Ceramics industry
∎ Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling multitasking & work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
