Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.
Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets to increase brand presence.
Manage and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Drive sales growth through channel partners and retail outlets.
Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners to optimize coverage.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and business stakeholders.
Drive credit control measures to minimize outstanding payments and bad debts.
Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to optimize team output.
