Key Responsibilities of RSM

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the region.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans in line with company objectives.
  • Identify new markets, dealers, and institutional customers to expand business coverage.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Develop, motivate, and manage dealer and distributor networks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key dealers, engineers, contractors, and institutional clients.
  • Visit markets, dealer points, and project sites regularly to ensure brand presence and order flow.
  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate Territory Sales Officers / Sales Executives under the region. 
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and support to improve team performance.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies and sales strategies at field level.
  • Ensure proper order collection, execution, and delivery coordination.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely credit recovery from dealers and customers.
  • Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and factory teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management for promotional activities and campaigns.
