Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 Years for RSM,
Minimum 12 Years for DSM
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 10-12 years of experience with 2-3 years in same position in a FMCG company, especially in Food and Beverage Sales and Distribution.
Ability to drive Motorcycle having valid driving license.
Willing to travel extensively.
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail.
Job Summary: Meridian Foods Ltd., a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality foods items in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Regional / Divisional Sales Manager. We are looking for a leader who can drive our sales strategy, expand market share, and lead our sales team to new heights within a designated division.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement sales forecasts & strategies, establish sales targets (Category/Brand/SKU
wise) and achieve primary and secondary sales (dealer & subordinate wise at assign area/territory, monthly, weekly & daily) through directing company and dealer`s sales force.
Appoint and manage distributors, building capacity, retail/wholesale management, ensuring reasonable ROI.
Preparing collection forecast & ensuring payment.
Train Sales Team to develop retail availability in depth and width and visibility through proper merchandising.
Efficient and effective Sales operation management through developing sales team, executing visibility dominance in the market over Competitors.
Plan and execute trade campaigns for retailers and dealers.
Proper relation and communication with supervisors, subordinates and channel partners
Ensure smooth update and usage of MIS system, on time submission of reports by all concerns in his/her area, as required and asked by Management
Support Senior Management on Building Company Plan and Strategy
