Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree in any discipline;
A Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience with 3-4 years in same designation in a FMCG company, especially in Food and Beverage Sales and Distribution.
Excellent leadership, team building and communication skills.
Problem analysis and problem-solving capability Ability to drive Motorcycle having valid driving license. Willing to travel extensively.
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail
Job Summary: Meridian Foods Ltd., a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality foods items in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager. We are looking for a leader who can drive our sales strategy, expand market share, and lead our sales team to new heights within a designated division.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and achieve overall sales targets (breaking the same into geographically, monthly, weekly & daily) in terms of category, volume, revenue, profitability and market and to ensure consistent and sustainable growth and share through efficient management of overall sales operations by providing necessary strategic input, implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up and evaluation.
Lead, guide and motivate Sales Team in their daily execution of sales tasks & activities towards achieving the team`s monthly, quarterly and yearly KPM targets.
Analyze sales trend, collect information on the growing needs, identify market and product category, as the future source of growth.
Analyze, prepare the reports and documents of regular sales and take actions to carryout it by sales team to enhance sales & monitor day to day activities of Division/Region/Area Offices /Distributors of the Company.
Plan, implement and coordinate trade promotions and activities to compete with competitors.
Preparing collection forecast & ensuring payment.
Provide performance report & provide competitive information to the top Management regularly.
Maintain liaison with factory, marketing & distribution department.
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company`s brands.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
