Job Responsibilities (RSM – Regional Sales Manager)
Manage and supervise sales operations within assigned region
Monitor dealer performance and ensure sales target achievement
Develop and expand dealer network in the region
Provide support, training, and guidance to dealers and sales teams
Ensure proper product availability and distribution
Track market trends and competitor activities
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
