Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Post Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations in reputed university/ institutions

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yearly sales budget and business plan related to yearly, monthly, weekly sales target plan for maximization of profit and ensure the achievement accordingly in Regional Level
∎ Help in preparing yearly marketing budget and yearly, monthly, weekly marketing plan along with marketing team and ensure the achievement accordingly in Regional Level.
∎ Planning of staff capacity development, AI worker’s training and farmers in Regional Level.
∎ Planning of Staff, AI workers and farmer’s retention plan and help in implementation in Regional Level.
∎ Market survey, market analysis, information preparation for market, Search market for expansion and sharing of information to the down the level in Regional Level.
∎ Planning of sales promotion and business development to earn maximum revenue in national level. Development of strong sales, supply chain and own marketing team in Regional Level
∎ Planning on container loan distribution and collections. Realization of due loans in Regional Level
∎ Staff management and their development to the related Field. Staff motivation and retention plan preparation and its implementation.
∎ Inventory management as a whole in the field of national level. Help in preparing plan in distributing AI materials and liquid nitrogen to the field.
∎ Help in applying Innovative marketing and sale technique to increase market share, expand market area and reduce conflict in Regional Level.
∎ Establishment of Business relations among stakeholders, different related organizations like Government and Non-Government organizations. Maintain liaison with BRAC programs and other organization. Follow the Government policies.
∎ All types of Regional report analysis and preparation to convey this to the NSM and GM. Arrangement of regular meeting with staffs, AI workers etc.
∎ Attend in different seminars, symposiums and cognitive development forums as an attendee and presenters if necessary by discussion with NSM and GM. Attend in different high level meetings in different organizations if necessary by discussion with NSM and GM.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of staff, AI workers and farmers regarding the planned sale activities in Regional Level.
∎ Help in Bull Selection, R & D and other related activities.
∎ Additional activities if necessary for the sales and development of the sectors.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
