∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feeds and achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ Collect Sales orders and make ensure the payment confirmation.
∎ Follow up and monitor feed distribution up to the dealers point.
∎ Develop new dealers and maintain good relationship with existing dealers and farmers.
∎ Initiating sales promotions to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
∎ Frequently visit of different areas of Poultry, Fish and Cattle Dealers and Farmers to promote and generate sales.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) Prior sales experience.
∎ Sales experience is Mandatory.
∎ Applicants must have good understanding of Poultry & Agro-based business.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Able to take effective and timely initiative.
∎ Should be self-driven, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Hardworking, Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.
