Job Context:
∎ Applicant must have experience on Feed Industries of Selling Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply. This is full time job and we are looking for competent personnel to take the challenge and the ownership of the marketing to take the company to the next level of excellence. We offer attractive salary with TA/DA and other admissible facilities including festival bonus and all.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur, Narsinghdi, Mymensingh, Kishorgonj, Naogaon, Jhenaidah, Chuadanga, Jashore, Satkhira, Gopalgonj, Chattogram-South, Cox`s Bazar, Chandpur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote POULTRY FEED, FISH FEED & CATTLE FEED and achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ Fairly Handle, Manage & Monitor inferior officers to achieve the sales target and maintain overall activities.
∎ Collect Sales orders and ensure the payment confirmation.
∎ Follow up and monitor feed distribution up to the dealers point.
∎ Develop new dealers and maintain good relationship with existing dealers and farmers.
∎ Initiating sales promotions to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
∎ Frequently visit of different areas of Poultry, Fish and Cattle Dealers and Farmers to promote and generate sales.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have Agro Based Marketing experience with 5 to 10 years prior sales and managing junior officers.
∎ Applicants must have good understanding of Poultry & Agro-based business.
∎ Applicant must have experience on Feed Industries of Selling Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Should be self-driven, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Hardworking, Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ TA(Tour allowance), DA, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Others: As per company policy.
