  • Work experience as Regional Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager preferably within our industry

  • Sound knowledge of market forecasting, research capability and leadership.

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.

  • Last 2-3 years in Tissue and Hygiene products Sector.

  • Must be intelligent and have strong presenting abilities.

  • Need proficiency in English and Negotiation.

Job Context: Hakkani Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd (HPPML) is one of the Pioneer, Leader of paper and tissue manufacturing company in Bangladesh. We are seeking for dynamic, experienced and well qualified Regional Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager for its Sales & Marketing Department who will be responsible for company’s growth by providing leadership and direction to sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Find traders with good reputations and appoint them as dealers;
  • Establish sales target with dealers and ensure achievement;
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection plans for a designated area and achieve Sales & Collection targets.
  • Recommend market development action plans for designated Region and area;
  • Ensure optimum customer service through professional handling of complaints as and when required
  • Prepare necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Any other tasks as and when required by the management
  • Assess existing dealers, maintain and develop relationships, and motivate them to enhance sales and collection
  • Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs
  • Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region
  • Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
  • Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best
  • Organize training for new staff
  • Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and report to senior management
