Ability to analyze sales data and prepare structured reports.
Proficiency in MS Office operations.
Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and distribution targets.
Lead, guide and motivate the area sales director/Territory manager to ensure performance excellence.
Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure proper market coverage, product visibility, and route to market execution.
Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights to management.
Regular visit markets, ditributors and sales points to ensure smooth operations.
Implement trade marketing, promotional activities and merchandising plans.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share updates with the management.
Coordinate with supply chain, accounts and marketing for operational alignment.
Maintain strong business relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
