Education:
MBA or Master’s with honors in any discipline from any renowned and recognized university.
Preference will be given to the candidates with degrees in Economics/ Development Studies/ Public Administration.
No 3rd division/class/CGPA less than 2.50 out of 5.00 or CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 will be accepted.
Age at most 34 years (as per NID card).
Candidate must have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Should be friendly, proactive, self-motivated and hardworking.
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpretation skills.
Candidates should have a valid driving license to perform regular office duties using/ riding a motorcycle.
Candidates having any additional degree/certificate in the field of ICT will have an added advantage.
candidates must be willing to work at Branch, Region & District levels spread across the country for at least 2-3 years to be oriented with ASA methodology. Finaly, an individual will be deployed in the respective and regular position anywhere in the country.

ASA is one of the leading and sustainable Microfinance Institutions (MFI) in Bangladesh. It has extensive credit program all over Bangladesh. Now, we are seeking applications from competent, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individuals to fill up the vacant position titled “Regional Manager Trainee”
Job Overview: This position is purely field based. Therefore, it will require extensive and regular monitoring visits to the branches, regions to conduct own duties and responsibilities.
Major responsibilities of this position involves:
Providing necessary supports in setting, developing and achieving targets, goals and objectives relating to concerned region.
Making regular and frequent visits as planned/approved so that timely and effective monitoring/supervision can be ensured.
Undertaking necessary and timely measures for evaluating performance, managing teams, maintaining workplace discipline involving employees under supervision.
Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders for the promotion of ASA as well as smooth implementation of its activities.
Ensuring timely recordkeeping and documentations of relevant activities and approvals etc.
Undertaking any other lawful activities as assigned by the office/supervisor.
Salary: TK 42,600 (per month)
Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, an employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
All other admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee`s Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to a regularized/permanent employee.
