Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a retired Army Personnel; who will play a vital role to manage our field force team. The ideal candidate should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business.
∎ Job Location: South Bengal, North Bengal, Chittagong, Sylhet, Mymensingh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must achieve the financial and merchant acquisition target set by management.
∎ Coordinate with sales and marketing executives to develop field strategies and initiatives.
∎ Develop plans for new revenue growth, improve current processes, provide innovative thinking, work with leadership and various teams to execute the plans, conduct statistical analysis and establish and cultivate key business relationships.
∎ Design, implement and facilitate monthly/quarterly/yearly targets and marketing plan for filed force team.
∎ Perform regular field visits to different merchants/processors for partnership opportunities.
∎ Train field representatives.
∎ Assess and evaluate team and individual performance.
∎ Fill knowledge gaps through additional training and professional development programs.
∎ Proactively look at new and unique ways to market and establish a strong presence in the market place.
∎ Responsible for strategic alliances with merchants.
∎ Leads field forecasting efforts among the team managed, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis.
∎ Establishes productive relationship with field marketing based on frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of marketing investment in the marketplace managed.
∎ Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals.
∎ Manage portfolio of existing merchants; and regularly assist other businesses under the company to achieve revenue targets.
