∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture, Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Electronics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Renewable Energy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of all the Solar Irrigation Pump sites under the region.
∎ Achievement of coverage target.
∎ Revenue collection from operators/farmers on time.
∎ Liaison with IDCOL region office, Govt. officials, Local Govt. officials and others relevant parties.
∎ Arrange meeting with farmers, operators and other relevant stakeholders time to time.
∎ Daily reporting to Head Office.
∎ Any other relevant tasks required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Frequently field visit and monitoring.
∎ Must have strong leadership to maintain office staff and rural farmers.
∎ Capability to drive motorcycle.
∎ Reporting and Analytical Capabilities.
∎ Experience in MS Excel, Word.
