Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the target.
∎ Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force on a regular basis to improve their performance at the desired level.
∎ Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customer.
∎ Carry out responsibilities for achieving target & increase market share growth.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/ activities.
∎ Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
∎ Setting the yearly sales target based on regional sales target.
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to development clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ To share ideas on how to improve sales with group leader & other colleagues.
∎ Personnel is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales target and maximizing sales of products and services as well as being responsible for providing excellent customer service.
∎ To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
∎ To acquire good knowledge regarding the industry, competitors, and their products and promotional activities
∎ To ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in steel industries. Have strong Relationship with Dealer, Government authority or Construction Client.

Salary: Negotiable
