Responsibilities & Context
HKG Steel Mills Ltd has been a trusted name in the steel industry since 2012. Located in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, we produce and sell our own MS Deformed Bars (rods) of international standards. With a production capacity exceeding 10,000 metric tonnes per month, we aim to expand our sales across key regions, including Khulna and Sylhet.
HKG Steel produces MS Deformed Bars that are BUET-tested, BSTI-certified, and PWD-approved. Our manufacturing facility is ISO-certified, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to international standards. These certifications reflect our commitment to delivering reliable and durable construction materials.
Lead the sales team within the assigned geographic location, ensuring effective management and execution of sales strategies to achieve market coverage and monthly targets.
Manage marketing and sales efforts through a network of partners, dealers, and various clients, with a focus on selling 1,000 tons of steel rods per month or establishing partnerships with at least 15 dealers in the specified region.
Drive initiatives to expand retail coverage by motivating network partners and team members.
Work effectively with district-level dealers and traders, corporate clients, real estate companies, developers, and contractors to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and close deals with potential buyers.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Exhibit strong leadership and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration and guiding the team toward achieving collective goals.
