HKG Steel Mills Ltd has been a trusted name in the steel industry since 2012. Located in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, we produce and sell our own MS Deformed Bars (rods) of international standards. With a production capacity exceeding 10,000 metric tonnes per month, we aim to expand our sales across key regions, including the districts mentioned (Rajshahi, Bogura, Laxipur, Khulna, Cox’s Bazar, Barisal & Sylhet).

HKG Steel produces MS Deformed Bars that are BUET-tested, BSTI-certified, and PWD-approved. Our manufacturing facility is ISO-certified, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to international standards. These certifications reflect our commitment to delivering reliable and durable construction materials.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the sale of MS Bars/Rods and supporting the regional sales team in achieving targets within the assigned location.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to encourage collaboration and ensure sustained growth.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealerships to assess performance, provide training, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor dealer compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track and report on dealer performance metrics, including sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively with corporate clients, real estate developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with potential buyers and close sales deals.
  • Assist in implementing sales plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
