Experience:
Minimum 5 years of practical sales or business development experience in any of the following areas: Biogas, Improved Cook Stove (ICS), clean cooking, renewable energy, energy products, or related technical products/services.
Strong field sales and institutional sales experience.
Practical knowledge of Biogas or Improved Cook Stove products.
Ability to communicate with farm owners, NGOs, government offices, and private-sector clients.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel outside Dhaka regularly.
Skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and online communication tools.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media promotion, and online lead generation.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Positive attitude and good manners.

Job Context: Catalyst Energy Ltd. is looking for experienced, energetic, dedicated and result-driven Senior Sales Executives to support market expansion, client development, sales growth, and business partnerships across Bangladesh.
Candidates must have practical sales experience in biogas or Improved Cook Stove (ICS) products or services. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell biogas systems, ABG cylinders, digesters, compressors, and clean cooking solutions.
Generate new clients through field visits, phone calls, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
Identify prospective customers among farms, NGOs, institutions, development projects, and private-sector organizations.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable biogas or ICS solutions.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow-up documentation.
Maintain regular communication with both potential and existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Recruit and develop dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Build strong relationships with NGOs, government offices, farms, and private-sector clients.
Carry out regular market visits and gather customer feedback.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
Keep sales reports, client databases, and visit records up to date.
Coordinate with the technical team on site visits and installation support.
Follow up with clients through to successful deal closure.
Support customer onboarding and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist with promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events.
Leverage social media and digital platforms to generate qualified sales leads.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports to management.
Represent the company professionally in all client and stakeholder communications.
