Education:

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Communication, Media Studies, or any relevant discipline.

  • Professional training/certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Website Management, or related areas will be highly preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, online lead generation, website handling, SEO, paid campaign management, and digital branding.

  • Proffered Experience in renewable energy, clean cooking, development sector, technology products, engineering products, or service-based business will be an added advantage.

  • Highly creative in nature

  • Professional training and proven practical experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong expertise in Facebook Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and online lead generation.

  • Practical knowledge of website handling, content uploading, SEO, landing page management, and basic website maintenance.

  • Ability to manage digital campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of social media content planning, post scheduling, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

  • Experience in using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and similar tools.

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or other website CMS platforms.

  • Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, content marketing, and online branding.

  • Ability to create campaign ideas, promotional messages, captions, and digital content plans.

  • Strong analytical ability to work based on data, performance reports, and customer insights.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Ability to coordinate with sales, technical, design, and management teams.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and professionalism.

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

  • Good skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, and online collaboration tools.

  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, or basic creative design tools will be an added advantage.

  • Must be highly skilled, disciplined, organized, and capable of handling multiple digital platforms efficiently.

Job Context: Catalyst Energy Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled, experienced, and result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Officer to lead and manage the company’s digital marketing activities, online branding, social media promotion, website handling, content planning, lead generation, and digital campaign execution.
The candidate must have professional ground including training and practical experience in digital marketing. He/she should be capable of managing all digital platforms independently and driving data-based marketing activities to generate qualified leads and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies for the company.

  • Handle and grow company social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.

  • Generate quality leads through online campaigns, social media marketing, website inquiries, and digital platforms.

  • Manage and update the company website regularly with products, services, blogs, news, and business information.

  • Ensure proper SEO optimization of website content, landing pages, and online posts.

  • Monitor website performance, traffic, user engagement, and conversion data.

  • Prepare digital content plans including promotional posts, captions, campaign ideas, banners, video concepts, and product-based content.

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, sales team, and technical team to develop marketing materials.

  • Manage online customer inquiries and forward qualified leads to the sales team.

  • Develop digital campaigns for biogas systems, ABG cylinders, digesters, compressors, clean cooking solutions, and renewable energy products.

  • Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital tools.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports for management.

  • Maintain lead databases, campaign records, customer inquiries, and online performance reports.

  • Run email marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and online promotional activities when required.

  • Monitor competitors’ online activities, market trends, keywords, pricing communication, and customer engagement.

  • Improve brand visibility, online reputation, and customer trust through professional digital communication.

  • Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and business events through digital promotion.

  • Ensure all digital platforms are professionally maintained and aligned with company branding.

  • Work independently to plan, start, execute, monitor, and improve digital marketing activities from beginning to end.

Workplace: Office-based with occasional field / event visits if required.
