Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Minimum 15–20 years of progressive sales experience in real estate, construction, and/or interior design industries.
Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong existing network within the real estate developer, architect, and corporate client ecosystem in Bangladesh.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting systems.
Strategic thinker with sound commercial acumen and a client-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and long sales cycles simultaneously.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head of Sales will spearhead all sales operations, lead a high-performing team, and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth in both the construction and interior sectors. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep domain expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to influence at the executive level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for construction and interior projects.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team — setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Build a result-oriented core sales team.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, developers, architects, and corporate partners.
Identify new business opportunities in real estate, residential, commercial, and hospitality interior sectors.
Collaborate closely with project management, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
Oversee bid, tender, and proposal processes for high-value contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade expos, and networking forums.
