• Strong expertise in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English.
• Ability to balance offline field work with online content management.
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to meet organizational goals.
• Passion for the sports industry and sportswear trends.

• Manage and execute both online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain and regularly update the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with product information and promotional content.
• Monitor online trends and engage with the digital audience to build a strong brand presence.
• Identify and develop new customer relationships through offline networking and market visits.
• Communicate effectively with potential B2B clients and sports organizations to promote our sportswear range.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure product updates are accurately reflected in marketing materials.
• Assist in creating creative campaigns for product launches and brand promotions.
