Responsibilities & Context:

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with business targets.

  • Drive revenue growth across retail, distributor, and key accounts channels.

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure delivery.

  • Identify new growth opportunities in youth/lifestyle gadget segments.

  • Build and manage a robust nationwide distribution network.

  • Connect with key device outlets, malls. Appoint, manage, and optimize distributors or dealers.

  • Strengthen presence in: Gadget hubs, Mobile markets, Electronics retail chains.

  • Ensure effective route-to-market (RTM) strategy.

  • Expand and manage retail footprint across key cities and hubs.

  • Develop exclusive brand outlets / experience zones (if applicable).

  • Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and brand presence.

  • Work closely with marketing for activation and retail campaigns.

  • Promoter outlets and nurture them.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales Executives/Managers.

  • Manage both direct and indirect sales teams.

  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and build a high-performance culture.

  • Design and implement trade schemes, incentive models, and commission structures to kick-start the penetration of products and gradually develop the sales volume.

  • Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through effective schemes.

  • Monitor ROI on trade investments and optimize regularly.

  • Ensure optimal stock availability across channels - work with product owners and supply chain to: Forecast demand, manage inventory turnover, Minimize stock-outs and overstock.

  • Manage the logistic partners and monitor distributor inventory and pipeline health.

  • Manage relationships with Large or Key retailers, Key distributors, Online marketplaces (if applicable).

  • Negotiate commercial terms and drive strategic partnerships.

  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and product trends.

  • Provide insights on:  Consumer behavior, Channel dynamics, new product opportunities

  • Feed insights into product and marketing strategy.
