Experience:
Experience in Smartphone, Gadgets, Lifestyle electronics, IT products preferred.
Proven track record in building and managing B2B accounts and institutional relationships
Must be able to identify, approach, acquire, and retain corporate/institutional clients.
Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive revenue growth through corporate, institutional, and enterprise channels
Build annual, quarterly, and monthly sales pipelines and ensure target achievement
Identify new growth opportunities for solutions, gadgets and lifestyle technologies.
Identify and acquire new corporate, institutional, and enterprise clients.
Develop relationships with FMCG, Banks & financial institutions, Telecoms, Educational institutions, Hospitality & real estate companies, NGOs & development organizations.
Explore strategic opportunities for bulk procurement and long-term partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts.
Understand their need for customized products and place the requirements to Product team
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account retention
Manage account reviews, business proposals, commercial discussions, and renewals
Analyze opportunities for lifestyle gadgets and smart devices as: Corporate gifts, Employee engagement items, Loyalty or campaign products, Executive and premium gifting solutions
Develop seasonal and campaign-based B2B sales initiatives
Work closely with marketing to develop customized corporate offerings and bundles
Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline and opportunity funnel.
Track lead generation, conversion ratios, and business development activities.
Forecast sales opportunities and provide visibility on future business potential
Understand client requirements and propose suitable gadget, device, or lifestyle technology
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions with clients.
Coordinate with product and technical teams where required.
Position products based on usability, productivity, innovation, and lifestyle value
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Support pricing, quotation, contract negotiation, and payment collection processes.
Ensure timely execution of corporate orders and after-sales coordination
Monitor corporate buying trends, competitor activity, and emerging product opportunities.
Identify high-potential industries and customer segments.
