  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and its dynamics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

Shampan Properties Ltd. is looking for talented and self-motivated individuals who have experience in selling FLAT & LAND SHARE to join our Sales and Marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying potential buyers through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking to build a steady pipeline of prospects.

  • Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to assess their financial ability and property needs. For share sales, this includes explaining the specific benefits and legalities of the "share" ownership model versus traditional outright purchases.

  • Property Presentations: Organizing and conducting site visits to land plots or apartment projects. You must highlight the suitability, future value, and features of the property to the buyer.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Acting as an intermediary to negotiate terms and conditions. This involves preparing purchase offers and ensuring all vital documents are signed and payments are received.

  • Market Analysis: Staying updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and legal requirements (like zoning or housing laws) to provide accurate advice to clients.

  • Relationship Management: Maintaining a database of existing and prospective clients using CRM systems to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business
