Automobile, Credit Recovery, Micro Credit, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing zones to ensure proper collection everyday.
∎ Coordination with Recovery Team and Sales to ensure proper collection.
∎ Maintaining morale of the team members working in the field.
∎ Co-ordination with up and down the channel of communication.
∎ Arranging holidays so that no unforeseen shortage happens.
∎ Knowing everyone in the zone; Having a personal touch with everyone.
∎ Inspiring people to go beyond their roles.
∎ Should feel for the staff and express their viewpoint to higher authority.
∎ Include team spirit into the team members.
∎ Understand route planning and ensure that most efficient routes are being taken for 100% collection.
∎ Analyse the failures of previous day and figure out how to solve it.
∎ Coordinate with service center to handle critical cases of the customers.
∎ Train own team members to behave politely and nicely with customers.
∎ Be able to work in outdoor for any assigned duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft excel.
∎ Strong managerial skill.
∎ Must have a strong sense of proportion.
∎ Demonstrate leadership skill.
∎ Must have the character to go above and beyond the box
∎ Needs minimal guidance
∎ Proven track record on "taking initiative" -- focus on extracurricular activities.
∎ Should be efficient in written e-communication.
