Job Responsibilities: All type of Feed Sales & Marketing
- Develop and review plan, policy and budget for all type of Feed sales & mktg.
- Ensure effective communication with Feed dealers, farmers and Feed Sales & Marketing team.
- Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast on Feed.
- Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers conference & coordination meeting.
- Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing feeds selling.
- Generate new ideas and techniques for all type of Feed sales & mktg.
- Achieving the goals as per target.
- Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
- Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing Feed dealers/farmers.
- Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
